Xinjiang Sunwise Energy Systems Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Sunwise Energy Systems Co., Ltd., develops integrated renewable hydrogen applications in Xinjiang. Drawing on its parent company's research capabilities and advanced hydrogen technologies, it works with local universities and colleges to establish the Xinjiang Hydrogen Energy Utilization Engineering Technology Center. Its activities include demonstrating hydrogen infrastructure and fuel cell vehicles in harsh environments, and applying integrated wind–solar–hydrogen smart energy technologies to consume surplus renewable electricity locally. The company plans to attract hydrogen vehicle industry partners across the value chain, including vehicle and component manufacturers, hydrogen production, transport and refueling companies, and downstream public transport and logistics operators. Focusing on hydrogen production, refueling and hydrogen vehicle operations, it aims to integrate industry resources, develop hydrogen application scenarios in Xinjiang, increase the region's use of new energy, accelerate the development of large-scale clean energy industrial bases and demonstrate clean energy applications in cities.
