Looking back in 2022, I was the first to graduate from the university and was full of confusion and vision for the future. It's Sunwise, this warm and vibrant family, that accepts me and gives me a chance to grow up. This honour is not only an acknowledgement of my personal efforts, but also a full recognition of our entire team spirit of partnership, which is the culmination of our common struggle. Looking ahead, I will be demanding myself at higher standards. Together with colleagues, we have dedicated all our energies to the development of the company.

Five-year and ten-year service awards

I was privileged to witness the transformation of Sunwise from a team of 20 or so to the growth of the 200 today, to share the joyful experience of fighting with colleagues, to make me feel deeply about the power of the Sunwise team and to be more determined to grow with the company. In the days to come, I will continue to work with all of you in a spirit of integrity, professionalism, collaboration and innovation.

Today's award, I feel not only for my personal recognition, but also for the recognition of the entire Treasury team, and I would also like to thank all of the Treasury colleagues for their understanding and support of me in their previous work. It is often said that honour only represents the past if action is to chart the future. This affirmation and trust today on the part of the corporate leadership will continue to inspire all my colleagues in the Ministry of Finance. Statement by the Co-Chair of the Board

In a spirit of “convincing faith, real innovation” over the past year, the corporate team, in a challenging market environment, has not been easy to achieve almost all of its annual targets. During this period, the successful capping of the Innovative Centre for Hydrogen Energy (equipment) and the manufacturing base laid an important foundation for our development in the field of hydrogen energy. On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of Sunwise, we look back at the past and the beginnings and have strengthened our confidence in future development. At the same time, the accession of new shareholders in the Kyoto City machine and electric power has injected new dynamism and provided valuable resources and opportunities for the development of Sunwise.

Looking ahead, in the face of the development goal of 2025, the Sunwise team is going to build on “a firm belief, real innovation” and “broaden vision, innovation, and step up”. We need to focus on hydrogen-related industries and upstream and downstream development resources, constantly exploring, innovative technologies, operations and models, working together to achieve the development goals of the next step.

In 2024, Sunwise ushered in the twenty-first century of advanced hydrogen energy equipment technology.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do.

Rejoicing, grateful over the years, grateful friends with whom;

We're going on a new journey with great spirits.
